Want to return your order? No problem! You have 14 days to return your order for a full refund. UK Returns are Free and Easy – Simply Return using our Royal Mail Return Label or you can drop off at your local Asda or Collect+ Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately, we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc. All items must be returned with the tags still attached. Ensure your returned order is accompanied with our return form completed, which you will receive with your order and you can also print a copy here. We will use this information to refund your order. All returns will be dealt with within a 10 day period, please allow a further 10 working days for refunds to appear back into your account. Please make sure you retain your proof of return.
